Guarantee and Warranties Policy

All guarantees and warranties are the same as each manufacturer of the products we distribute. Check with each manufacturer for their guarantee and warranty policy and replacement of defective or missing parts. All repairs or replacements, covered under their guarantees and warranties, will be handled directly by each manufacturer. GSS Tech Ed. manufactures many products and we will guarantee them to work, or we will help the instructor with technical support. We do not repair kits for students directly; they must first contact their instructor for help. If the instructor can not help them, then the instructor contacts us at 1-800-314-3843.

Shipping Policies

We ship anywhere in the continental United States of America.

We will not ship foreign orders.

Your order will be shipped FedEx ground unless otherwise indicated. It takes 5-7 business days in the continental U.S. for you to receive your order.

If ordering by check, your order will be shipped as soon as the check has cleared.

All in stock items will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Normal delivery time through FedEx ground is 5-7 business days.

For out of stock items, you will be notified within 2 business days of any delay. If by chance your product cannot be delivered within 30 days, you will be contacted and given the opportunity to cancel your order.
