This morning I talked to Mike Gonzalez who teaches electronics at Tampa Bay Tech in Florida. He just got and installed the software on the CDTL1 "Fundamental Concepts and Components of Electronics". He and his students are thrilled with it. He said that the explanation of what is on the inside of a resistor is fabulous and he especially mentioned the lesson the solderless circuit board and how it was so helpful in teaching the students how to use it. He said that in the past he had to tear a board apart to show it but this was much much better.
